hi. can you help me, please?

Hi, if someone donated a land for charity, what can I call him/her in English?

A person who donates anything is called a donor. A person who does such things on a regular basis is a philanthropist (lover of people). Also, we would say "donated some land" not "donated a land". "A land" means a country.
