Hi Daiane!!
The reasson that you can�t download it�s that you have 0 points. You need to have 30 points to be a premium member and download 30 free worksheets every day. Also you have uploaded your works today. They will be able to be downnloaded by other members tomorrow. In this ocassion you can obtain 30 points. GOOD LUCK!!

Yes 30 point this is to be able to download new WS of the day for free.You can download any other WS loosing 1 point for each one you download. But to have points your WS should be downloaded by the other members. So, you gain 1 point every time one of your WS is downloaded.
Right now you have 3 points that means for the moment you can download 3 WS but you will loose your points and come back 0.
Try to wait until you get as much points as possible. If you go over the 30 points you will be able to download up to 30 WS but only the one that are uploaded the same day. For the old ones you will lose 1 point for each.

I have the same problem. thanks for your help. all the materials on this site are really useful and well - prepared. I really wonder all of them are prepared by the teachers who send them to this website. if so, they are really fantastic |
