Today is Christi Himmelfahrt (Ascension Day) here in Germany, a national holiday. It is also Father�s Day here. So to those of you who it applies to:
Happy Father �s Day!
I think I will sit out by my new pool (above ground) and be lazy all day long and then later this afternoon/evening I will make some traditional Spanish Sangria (with brandy, NOT champagne!), start the grill, and entertain a few friends.

Mmmmm...souvlaki....my mouth is watering already!!
....and a Greek "farmer�s" salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and Feta cheese)
.... and REAL Greek french fries (fried in olive oil!)
