The Werewolf Card Game Reworked for Small classes The Werewolf Card Game Reworked for Small classes

Time 20-30 minutes Players 10-20 I recreated the Werewolf card game so that it could be used in a class environment. Every student receive a secret personality. They then have to follow the game leader through the game. The game starts with night time (when the learners put their heads down and close their eyes). You ask for the cupid to make 2 people fall in love. If one dies, the other one will be eliminated as well. You then tap the head of the lovers and make them look at one another so that they know who they are. Every goes back to sleep (close their eyes). You then ask the psychic to wake up and show you a person they want to know the identity. You take the person´s card and show it to the psychic. Everyone goes back to sleep. The werewolf then wake up. They decide on 1 person that they want to eat. Then they go back to sleep. During this period, the little girl can also be sneaky and try to identify the werewolf, but if the werewolf see her, she will be in danger! The witch then wake up. You show the witch who has been killed by the were wolf. The witch can then use one of her two potions: save the person (thumb up), kill a different person (thumbs down). she can also do nothing and show her thumb sideways. everyone goes back to sleep. The whole village wakes up. You identify who has been killed during the night. They go on the sides of the circle and watch the rest of the game (they are ghosts). You then take 3 accusations where the learners try to find the werewolf. The student have to be creative and respect the role play when accusing people: "I accuse Laurence because I saw her under my bed last night!" or "I accuse Vincent because he has long and sharp teeth, just like a werewolf." The players can never give information about their personality. The people alive then vote on who should be eliminated form the village. Repeat for the psychic - Werewolf - Witch - Accusation until all the villagers have been eliminated (werewolf win) or all the werewolves have been found (villagers win). **The hunter, if killed or sentenced to death, takes out his gun before dying and brings someone in his death.**
