* Basically these are tips but you can make a summary from that information and find the essence. Now when you say essence I automatically think : purpose.
I �m unclear with what you asked for " teacher �s respect", what do you mean exactly?
How can a teacher be respected? How can a teacher recieve respect? * If so you should look up classroom management/discipline.
