I press send a file and follow all the instructions but this keeps showing:
Persits.Jpeg.1 error �800a0002 �
The system cannot find the file specified.
/send_printables/sendprintableswait.asp, line 114
what can I do??? Help please!!

Hi! Pura vida!
Well, are you using material from word? check the size of the document you are trying to send, maybe it is too heavy.
I am fairly new in this site but that happened to me at the begining. Good luck and don�t give up, this website is wonderful.  |

Does your file exceed 300kb? If so, you �ll have to compress it!

FAQ � How do I upload a Worksheet?
Step one: Create a worksheet.
Step two: Make sure it�s in word (.doc) file
Step Three: Make sure it�s less than 299kb
Step four: go here: http://www.eslprintables.com/send_printables/sendprintablesnew1.asp
Step five: If it doesn�t work please try again in a few minutes, sometimes it takes several attempts.
This is taken from the F.A.Q. part at the top of the homepage.

I �ve just uploaded a worksheet and I �ve had no problems but that happened to me a few times when the worksheets where too close to 300 Kb.It was impossible and what I did it was to take out one of the pictures because I didn �t know how to reduce the size. Hope that helps you.
