How can I reduce the size of a whole power point presentation? (even when there are no images the size is ENORMOUS!!!! |

Check the transitions, fancy transitions from slide to slide add up, also sound adds up to its total weight. And what matters most is the number of slides you use, optimize space by putting as much information into individual slides. Also try to optimize the colours used, if you use complex colours for background or text makes it go up, basic colours viewable in any screen, such as blue, red, or black will downsize your presentation. |
