The ESL Printables site will not accept any of my Word documents, although they ALL have the .doc extension and are within the size boundaries. What gives? I �m afraid there are so many cookies associated with this site that it defeats firewalls, antivirus, etc.

I am not sure if you know, but many of us have had trouble sending (uploading) files that are close to the 300kb limit. I would try to keep the size down to 280kb or even less if you can, just to be sure.
It also depends when you try to send your files. If you are trying to send them around the time that new worksheets come out (the recent contributions) the server is really busy at that time. So try to avoid that time when you want to upload. Are you in the U.S. now? The magic time for new sheets for me is 3pm (in Western Canada). Any worksheets I try to upload after 2pm may or may not get through.
