iT �S A VERY INTERESTING SITE! I live in the South of Portugal and we sure owe a lot to the Muslim heritage, not only as far as agricultural methods are concerned, but also in architecture, building techniques, science, medicine, language... This is a very useful site for our students to learn a little bit more on this subject. Thanks for sharing it!
