Hi everyone! newbie here!
What can I do? I have been trying to send a printable months ago but it´s always the same, this time I decided ask for help  any suggestion?

Hi Matilda
First, check the size of your worksheet, it should be LESS than 300 kb.
Second, check if you have saved it as Word document (.doc). Only this will work, no other extension!

Soory I forgot to say that the size of it is 256 KB and the file is .doc so those are not the problem! Thanks anyway for make me welcome! ^^

if you are using windows vista, save your work under microsoft word 97-2003
