hello dear, once you have it clearly that have to is "necessity" must is "obligation" and mustn �t "prohibition" then you can focus on any particular place andfrom there , stablished what is necessary, what �s an obligation and waht is prohibited.... this topic is generally put into a "school rules" context making a difference for example, between a private and a public school.
as regards "countryside" you can stablish the difference between living in a countryside and a city and from there their rules.....
