							| Hi suzylima....
Basically, an Internet Cafe is a place where one can use a computer with Internet access for a fee, there is no food involved (not necessarily) and a cafe refers to a coffeehouse, restaurant, or bar where the main purpose is eating not using the internet.

							| In my country Internet cafe is a place where one can surf the net or play computer games. But I was told that in the States Internet cafe is a regular cafe with food and free internet. But the cost of food there is more than in ordinary cafes so that free internet gets paid for. | 16 Aug 2009
