Here is a pdf with parts of a witches face - you need to print - colour and paste together to make a freaky witches mask. Added bonus of everyone having different placement on their mask - http://www.michaels.com/online/pdf/25258c.pdf
Wow - who would have thought it was this hard to find a B&W witch mask!!!!
You could turn them into masks without to much adjustment! I hope this helps - not exactly what you wanted though i am sorry
