What happened to my printable´s color background?

What happened to my printable´s color background?

I was trying to upload a printable, but the its color background doesn�t show on the preview? Why? Suggestions to fix this?

I don�t know why it happen but I had the same problem. But I change the background for a shape with colour and then I have background :)
