Hi there
My children studied "outdoor education" at school, although they were older. It involved looking at our impact on the wilderness etc. I �d suggest you do a google search on outdoor education and environmental studies. Have a look at http://www.boec.vic.edu.au/index.html which is a camp that concentrates on environmental impact. They might have some info or pictures you can use.
