I upload a worksheet on Saturday and it had 47 downloads, but I didn �t receive any points?! The worksheet was about renewable energy. Aren �t the points updated at midnight spanish time???Please help me!

I think it �s normal for today because there is a pb with the site. I also uploaded 3 ws and I didn �t receive my points...maybe tomorrow... |

I had about 145 points and I downloaded about 110 times.. But it says ı dowloaded 145 times.. How can this error occur?? Please someone help... |
