i am sending documents and powerpoints. there are people who downloaded my documents. however i still have no points and hence i still cannot upload other people �s documents :-S how come/

Welcome to this site if you are a new member.
You should check whether your worksheet is in word format and the size is less than 300 kb, for ppt it should be less than 500 kb. If this doesn�t help, try a couple more times, I succeeded after a couple of tries when I got a message there was an error on this site.
