Please I need your help about the annual plans. I want to know what items do you include in them. Can you give me some hints of how to do it and what I should include in the plan?

Table header:
Logo/school name+subject and level, school year, number of lessons
Table body (4 columns):1)Specific Skills+2)Contents (grammar and vocabulary separate) 3)Evaluation Criteria+ 4) Assessment instruments (this is the annual plan model we display on-line for parents).
The annual plan for the group is more detailed and includes other items, such as
periods of summative and formative assessment
