another resize picture question sorry

hi all, i �m not a computer expert and never tried to resize before until now. i tried an online resizer but when i do resize the picture is not good. is there any way for dummies like me to do this? pls help |

My friends, I �d like to redirect your thanks to the ESL printables member - unfortunately, I don �t remember his/her name - who posted this link on the forum some time ago.
p.s. I use this tool all the time to resize the pictures I post in the cafe, so that they are not very distracting.
