A new user emailed me saying she couldn �t activate her account.
I did go ahead and
reregistered as you suggested and once again the response was the
registration process will be sent and I would need to activate the
account. I have received no email, so once again, I am not able
to activate the account.
Would you be so kind as to pose the question in the forum?
Anyone any ideas what �s going wrong? If so, email Jane at [email protected].
