I think it says - Talk to me! It is not Russian, maybe Serbian or similar... Definitely, a Slavic language.

if it was Russian, it would be Razgovaraj sa mnoj
I believe...
Czech is a Slavic language, so it �s easy for me to understand
in Czech it would be similar to "Rozhovoř se mnou"
but this would sound very old-fashioned...
I would say: "Mluv se mnou!" = "Talk to me"
razgovarat = rozhovořit = hovořit = mluvit
Sorry for this lecture in Czech :-))
