							| When I use easy mazes - I ask my students to write down which directions they moved. For example:
 First we went straight ahead.
 Then we turned left.
 We went straight again
 then we turned left.
 
 You can always add activities to games and puzzles!
 Just use your imagination.

							| I use mazes in which students have to follow a certain text (the maze is basically a letters labyrinth) . These mazes are fairly difficult to do and require a good deal of concentration on reading and spelling to get them right. I think this kind of maze is very much an ESL resource. I agree that simply finding your way thru a maze is not really ESL although I can understand its value for general hand eye coordination..... |  1 Oct 2009
