HELLO EVERYBODY!
I was looking for some original and enjoyable activities, games, ideas... for my first lesson with kindergarten (3-5 years old), games for presentation, songs,, .. I �m open to anything. I only would like that my kids enjoy very much and dont feel tired or bored.

hi mary kate
for my kindergarten first day i generally read the book "the kissing hand" they love it.
As the kids are not used to the classroom stuff yet, i place pawprints all over the classroom, they are supposed to be the pawprints of our classroom puppet so the kids follow the prints in order to find it. this way they will get to know every area in the class.
I usually use the first week to teach the classroom routines and main songs as this takes some time.
they also make a drawing of themselves, they do this the first and last day of class so everybody can see their drawing improvement.
this are some of my ideas, hope to be of any help :)
