I �m afraid I haven �t quite understood the purpose; if it is just a film where robots and stuff of the kind appear, I would also suggest Wall-e; it �s funny and suitable for younger learners; you can watch some trailers on youtube:
If you are teaching ICT (3rd cycle), there is a Portuguese site, that must be advertized in your school - a Gulbenkian project: good materials for science and technology.
