Hi dear colleagues
I just popped up to suggest something. if you happen to save your word documents that you upload&share with a picture preview, everyone will have the advantage of it. it is so easy. Follow the instruction in the following link:

It �s a great suggestion MrDgdln! Only it increases the size of the document enourmously... Too bad! However, I do this when I download a document, so I can see the previews in my folder when I need to find a file.
