Hello everybody!!!

I have a bit of a problem compressing my doc files... I have tried to load some worksheets,  and even though I compress them, they�re still too big. That�s why I end up loading more power points. Can anybody tell me how can I make my worksheet files smaller so I can load them? I see many of you have so beautiful worksheets, with more than 3 pages sometimes, but if I try doing the same, I just can�t make it.Ermm

                            Last week somebody wrote about ," ppt minimizer V.4". They said it was great and I think it could also be used for docs.
You can also  try to use lighter clipart and photos. When you look for images, always keep  their weight in mind so thet you can keep the doc. shorter than 300kb. You can easily find pics smaller than 30kb. At least that�s what I do.
And I think, that if you scan a document, it  weighs a lot.

I did see the ppoint minimizer, and it works really well.. but I didn�t know it also works for doc files. Anyway, I�ll tell my hubbie, cause he�s the pc expert!!!Wink
