							| Already question
 |
							| Hello everybody! I m a bit confused about when to use "already". Can I use "already" in the following sentences?

The weather was really hot already. / The weather was already very hot.

I was a Beatles fan already. / I was already a Beatles fan.

They sound right to me and I could invent a context. What do you think?

The task was about time signifiers for the Present Perfect and Past Simple.

Thanks a lot for your help!

							| As far as I know "already" normally goes with Present Perfect Simple: I have already finished my homework. / I have finished my homework already.
Have you already finished your homework?

It concerns an action that has been done. I am not sure whether we can use it with the Past Simple tense.

Hope I ve been of help.

							| Thanks vickyvar! I thought the same. However I think the sentence "I was already a Beatles fan when they became really famous in Germany." sounds a meaningful context. And "The weather was already very hot at 7 o clock in the morning." seems to make sense, too.

 What do you think?
 Thanks!
