COURSEBOOK QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear Friends!
I �ve got an extremely important request for you! I am writing a thesis on ESP coursebooks and I �ve prepared a short questionnaire for teachers.
Would you be so kind as to fill it? It will take you less than 5 minutes because it �s very short. And you don �t need to be an ESP teacher - if you teach General English- you may also take part in it.

Hi, The same happened to me. I fulfilled all the questions and then I don �t know if it was sent as I can �t understand Polish. Can you translate the bottom buttons, please?

Wstecz = Previous
Dalej = Next
Przerwij = Break
When you �ve finished click on "Dalej" and then you will be able to see the results when you click on "Zobacz wyniki ankiety" ;)
