You just need to create your worksheets with Ms Word and they have to be less than 300 kb.
That �s all.

I don �t understand your question. What things do you want to put in doc file? Does it mean you have word 2007 installed?

Hi. A doc file is the format you save the word documents.
It �s a normal file from word.
If you want to upload a worksheet you have be sure that the document it�s a doc file. If you have the office 2007 you have to save the document as a file as word 97-2003 format. Then you have a doc file.

if you dont have ms- word, you can use open office and save file as .doc... it �s free
