 or He is not usually late a school?
 
 
 How do you justify the place of the frequency adverb: usually

							| Hello!   I would say :   He is hardly late at school.   The association NOT and USUALLY is not often used, as far as I know even if I prefer NOT USUALLY  to  USUALLY NOT.   Take care. |  9 Nov 2009

							| Hello Ladybird!   Would you say then?   He is always not  in (at home) on Sunday afternoons.     I would say :   He is not always in .....   After Be but not before Not, as far as I know.     But you are right when you add ever. I had forgotten it. |  9 Nov 2009
