How do I uninstall this toolbar from firefox.  I really would appreciate the help.

Hello,
 
If you are running windows, go to Control Panel > Add or remove programs and then select "eslprintables toolbar" and click on "remove".

I bet:
Tools>Complements>Extensions---> Uninstall...

Mine is v.3.5.5. in Spanish.
Not sure about the translation for your version.
