Hello people,
I �m in a dificult situation.I didn �t know that if I had the same points and downloads I couldn �t print any more.This is the situation: 40 downloads/40 points.Could you explain and help me?

If you are a premium member (with 30 points or more) you have the right to download 30 ws a day from the recent contributions page without losing points.
