							| linguistic differences related to age
 |
							| Hi, I m writing a paper in sociolinguistics and I need some materials about linguistic differences related to age. unfortunately, this topic isn t as popular as for example gender, so I need your help. Do you know any interesting articles/sites/books in this area? Could you help me?
I ll be very grateful :)
 Thanks :)

							| This is such an interesting topic. Unfortunately I don t have any materials about this, but what I would do in your place perhaps is google some texts based on certain age groups - e. g. baby language, kids language, teenage language (http://jcmc.indiana.edu/vol10/issue2/huffaker.html), adults language, etc. and then do a comparative study of their findings. Best of luck! There ll probably be people here more versed than me in this field, who ll provide you with more advice though. | 28 Nov 2009
