        I have some uncertainties, please give me a hand with these (I kind of know what your answer will sound like, I just want to make sure :)  )loud/loudly  that the neighbours could hear him.skillfully  (is this correct?) drawn detail.has/have  cought the burglars.could/can/will  buy the car if he had the money.reading / to read.

Here is what I think...
 
1. loudly (but there a good few people who �d say "shout loud")
 
2. "skillfully" is fine by me
 
3. "police have" because there were many people participating
 
4. could (2nd conditional)
 
5. His hobby is reading.
 
But: his hoby is to read books to his grandson.
