I myself resort to translation if I really feel it is needed. But, one of my friends uses it a lot; therefore, I intended to ask as many people as I can to gather some ideas about the matter and I �ve got it! Yes, we teachers or instructors or even trainers have to use English, or the foreign language, to get our goals and take into consideration the learners � needs and work accordingly.
