Hey
I think that probably your ws is too big in size...I had the same problem some tima ago. Try to decrease the pictures if you have them, it works in my case.

The uploading service goes down quite often, whenever someone tries to upload a document which is not fully compatible. Anyway, it restores itself quite frequently, so it usually works if you try again later.
