							| Useful ESL/EFL Websites
 |
							| In the last forum I found many of the tips to the not so common websites extremely useful as they can contain excellnt material similar to ESLBoggle, MES English etc.  Can I suggest that any recommendations for sites can be grouped together in this forum so that anyone who wants to look at alternative material can come here.  I will start the ball rolling with a recommendation to visit http://azargrammar.com An incredible site that specialises in providing worksheets and explanation materials for teaching grammar.  The forum provided on the site tends to be a bit academic, but is excellent for anyone wanting to take higher qualifications in EFL.  In addition, the PowerPoint presentations on grammar are incredible - extremely well designed and simple to use - and all FREE!!!  Check out the free grammar book too.  Enough said.Welcome back ESL Forum albeit now in ESL Printables.  Thanx Victor.   Michael | 14 Sep 2008

							| This is my first time in the forum but i could not resist the idea of spreding the  word about an issue i found in a web site http://www.tolerance.org/teach/activities/activity.jsp?ar=828. This particular page gives a 75 minutes plan almost based on a power point presentation. By the way they give the power point presentation. Well, it is about reshaping body image. This power point and plan tries as one of its objectives to encourage in the students (teenagers, adults) an acceptance of self and others with regard to body size and appearance. Isnt it something worth to check out? for me it is.  I hope for you too and if this has been already mentioned before why not to mention it one more time.....   I hope some of you get as sorprise as i did when i applied some of it in classes..... | 15 Sep 2008

							| Here is another recommendation for a wonderful tool that is free to download and is available from: http://www.teachers-pet.org/   With this tool you can create your own wordsearches, cross words, cloze tests etc automatically in Microsoft Word.  You do not have to go on-line once the commands have been installed.   This facility is particularly useful for teachers who have to present reading texts and want to create their own puzzles or cloze exercises about the text.  Try it and enjoy. | 24 Sep 2008
