Any creative tips on how to advertise private English classes around neighborhood?

Hi!
The regular one would be an ad in the local newspaper, but if you want a "creative" one, how about inviting your neighbors to a sample class? You prepare an appealing invitation, hand them to your neighbors, prepare some refreshments, decorate your house or space you have to teach (garage, living room, etc) and give a 30-minute class to everyone.
Does it sound too much crazy?

What do you think of spreading colored bookmarks with English gramma?
