							| Hi there! I ve read this sentence in an exercise book and I wonder if it is incorrect. Could anybody help me, please? " Plants lose their water through its leaves" What I m not sure is the word its , is it OK there? Thank you. | 31 Dec 2009

							| Hmm that sounds wrong to me, since plants are plural form, so it should be their leaves (like they used with "their water" and not its water) | 31 Dec 2009
