Hi there!
I �ve read this sentence in an exercise book and I wonder if it is incorrect. Could anybody help me, please?
" Plants lose their water through its leaves"
What I �m not sure is the word �its �, is it OK there? Thank you.

Hmm that sounds wrong to me, since plants are plural form, so it should be their leaves (like they used with "their water" and not its water)

Yes, it is definitely wrong. Plants lose their water through their leaves.
