When I tried to upload a PowerPoint file this morning, it said I had exceeded my limit for the day, but I haven �t uploaded any files today. Why won �t it let me?

You may have been blocked because the time is calculated by the midnight Spanish time. You have to take into account that the day on the site changes at 12 pm Spain time, but not American. Wait for some more hours and you can upload again
