I would like to know the meaning of "broken smile".I �m particularly remembering Maroon �s 5 song "She will be loved".
Can you help me?Does it mean "sorriso amarelo"?

This is what I �ve read in Yahoo! Answers forum:
�the phrase means that a girl is hiding something in her life, missing something, but she tries so smile anyways despite what shes going through, she thinks that people dont see through her "broken smile" but they do.�
I �d say it �s a "sorriso triste".
