I keep getting the following error message when I try to download:

 
Microsoft Word error �800a1401 �

Word detect� un error al intentar abrir el archivo. Pruebe lo siguiente: * Compruebe los permisos del documento o la unidad. *Aseg�rese de que hay suficiente memoria y espacio de disco. * Abra el archivo con el convertidor de recuperaci�n de texto.
