hello friends
I have some clipart files.they are win.rar files and I cant open them.when I click on the photos,a page- I dont understand even a word of -appears on my screen. I cant see any pictures. Do you have any idea about winrar files?

You need a �Zip � extractor. Peazip is freeware that can handle most zipped files (including .rar).
