							| "your brother" refers to the subject pronoun "he" and the helping verb "does" is used with he, she, and it. and "your" is a possessive pronoun. it doesn �t influence the question. it is the noun that comes after it. if the noun is singular, we use "does" but if the noun is plural, we use "do". |  1 Feb 2010
