I don �t know about the rest of Canada...
but in my province....you need a license to teach, which of course you get after having graduated from a canadian university...
...and as for teaching spanish....in Quebec (Canada)...it �s only an option class, in the second cycle of highschool...
but..goodluck anyway....I`m sure you can teach in some sort of language school...for adults..
