							| When I first read it, it sounded ridiculous to me (I don �t know why), but, as Vivi Quir said, it is perfectly correct, and does sound natural. The combination of tenses is right, because the congratulating is in the present, and the producing was in the past.   Bruce |  18 Feb 2010
