Hello, I was just checking my printables and realized I could improved them and so I did. However, I �ve got a doubt:  If I upload a printable that has been updated, am I able to get new points?

Once you update a printable it is not shown in the new contributions section, it stays as an "old" contribution.
 
However you can get more points if someone looks for it in the "old" contributions, finds it useful and downloads it...
