Hi WestHampstead, I am not really sure but I would say....well, let�s have a dictacion ...or ...I will dictate something to you...
Again, I am not a 100% sure, maybe there are better ways :)

In my opinion it �s "to take (or to do --> but I wouldn�t use it) a webquest". You use "to make a webquest" when you create one.
I always tell my students that we �re going to do a dictation.
