I want to make an OE, but I cannot insert any text boxes or selection boxes because it always shows me that there is an error in inserting object in current location. I watched video tutorials and I �m sure I do everything according to the rules... Can you help me? maybe I �m doing something wrong....

You should use Internet Explorer, not Firefox.
