what is the most correct?
"FOR BREAKFAST I have cereals."
or
"I have cereals FOR BREAKFAST ."

I have cereal for breakfast - even if you have a lot of them! As a breakfast food it �s uncountable. We only count the �cereals � in the fields!
As for the sentence order it would be normal to say both. However, if you front �For breakfast � you are emphasising the statement more.
